How does it work?
The following gives a typical outline of the process-
Following your contact, we’ll agree a suitable time for a no obligation meeting for us to have a chat about what you’re looking to achieve
If you’d like to work with us, we’ll undertake an appraisal of the site and the local area, to design an outline scheme for the type of housing that is required
If you’re interested in taking things forward, we’ll agree terms that suit us both. We typically work by sharing a percentage of the uplift in value of the land, so there is no risk to you. If planning is refused, it’s at our cost
Detailed Design and Preparation
When an agreement has been formalised legally, we’ll commission, fund and manage our professional team to produce a final design and the relevant reports to submit to the planning authority
We manage the full planning process, including liaison with the planners, their consultees and the local community, to maximise the chance of a successful outcome and for you to avoid the stress and hassle
We will work with you to market the land for sale to get the optimum price from a serious buyer. If required, we can develop the site ourselves to overcome problems that can arise from selling to a third party
